Meadowlark Acres High Performance
This high performance home uses an unconventional building envelope to ensure that it’s using as little energy as possible for heating and cooling. Vleeming Construction has been awarded ‘Best Energy Efficient Home’ by BILD Central Alberta for this project and is a current finalist for BILD Alberta’s Energy Efficiency category.
With an EnerGuide rating of 75 GJ/annually, this house uses less than 50% a comparable new build would use in energy for heat, power and domestic hot water in one year.
